This application form does not automatically register you to the conference.
Due to the limited number of spots, the selection process of the participants will be based on the submitted poster contribution and diversity aspects. It will happen on a rolling basis and will close as soon as the conference is full. The number of participants is limited to 110. Therefore, we recommend participants to apply early. Selected participants will be contacted by email using the provided address and may be invited as a talk if the schedule permits.
Registration fees
In case of acceptance, participants will be asked to register using a secure online platform and pay for the conference fees.
Conference fees include registration, hotel accommodations, and all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and we are in ongoing negotiations to make this conference as affordable as possible.

Lodging
There is a limited number of rooms at the conference hotel. Sharing a room with another participant increases the likelihood of being accommodated on-site. Please answer “Willing to share bedroom” with your preference during registration. If you already have someone in mind, you may also include their name in the comment box.
Additional hotels are available within walking distance, we will provide more information about the booking process soon.
Support
Based on available funds and need, we may be able to provide a small number of participants with financial support. If you expect to need financial aid to participate at the conference, please indicate this in the Comment box.
Visa
Please visit the website of the Federal Office for Migration to check whether you need a visa to enter Switzerland. We will be able to provide an invitation letter for your visa application when your registration is accepted and the registration fees are received.
